CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES:
- More than 7 days’ notice: Deposit is held on account, minus 1 night fee.
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Deposit forfeited
- Less than 3 days’ notice: Charged for full stay
- 48 hours’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge
THANKSGIVING and CHRISTMAS CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES:
- More than 14 days’ notice: Deposit held on account, minus 1 night fee.
- Less than 14 days’ notice: Deposit is forfeited
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Charged for full stay
- 7 days’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge

For liability reasons, Starr Pet Resort is unfortunately unable to accept any of the following fighting breeds:
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Pit Bull Terrier
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
