For reservations at Starr Pet Resort, please contact us directly or we have provided a form below for you to request a reservation online, but all first time/new customer reservations must be confirmed by telephone or in-person. Please make your reservations early for holidays and peak times as we do book up fast.
All reservations made between May 1st and September 1st and also for Thanksgiving and Christmas require a 3 day non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Please call us with a credit card for your deposit.
Starr Pet Resort is a small facility, often operating at capacity for weekend, holidays and peak travel time. No-shows and last minute cancellations affect us greatly, therefore, deposits are required during peak times and holidays. We realize that plans change, so should you cancel your reservation, keep in mind that your payment is not directly refundable and the following policies apply:
CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES POLICY:
- More than 7 days’ notice: Deposit is held on account, minus 1 night fee.
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Deposit forfeited
- Less than 3 days’ notice: Charged for full stay
- 48 hours’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge
THANKSGIVING and CHRISTMAS CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES POLICY:
- More than 14 days’ notice: Deposit held on account, minus 1 night fee.
- Less than 14 days’ notice: Deposit is forfeited
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Charged for full stay
