Overnight Dog Boarding in Sonoma County

At Starr Pet Resort, we provide the highest quality dog boarding accommodations in Windsor, Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, and the greater Sonoma County area. Our individual dog suites are approximately 4′ x 20′ and feature indoor/outdoor access during the day, heating or air conditioning as needed, calming music during the day, and a pre-screened doggie movie at night. Every dog receives one-on-one exercise time twice a day, along with a mid-day potty break. Our facility is supervised 24 hours a day for your pet’s safety.

Comfort, Enrichment & Daily Care

Each suite includes a cot-style bed designed for support and comfort. You're welcome to bring a washable blanket from home, or we’ll provide one. We recommend bringing your dog’s usual food, pre-measured by meal. Feeding more than twice per day will incur a $3.00 charge per additional feeding. Our team also administers medications per veterinary instruction, with clear labeling in original containers.

Customized Care with a Loving Touch

We understand that every dog is different. Whether your pet needs a raw food diet, extra feedings, special handling, or additional supplements, our staff will work with you to make sure their stay feels just like home. Your dog’s health is a top priority—we require up-to-date vaccinations and yearly fecal testing for all guests.
Take care for your pets

Starr Pet Resort requires proof of current vaccinations including DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and an annual fecal test (Ova, Parasite, Giardia). We also accept titer results with appropriate documentation.

From playtime in our secure yard to relaxing nature walks on our scenic property, your dog can enjoy a more personalized and fun-filled experience. Treats like frozen Paw Pops, peanut butter-stuffed Kongs, and puzzle toys like the Buster Cube are available to enhance your pet’s stay.
