Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Any dog not picked up by 11:00 a.m. will incur a day boarding fee of $30.00, cats are another night charge
Sunday, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Automatic day boarding fee of $30.00 will apply for dogs and another night for cats
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your reserved arrival date. If we do not receive 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the dates that you had reserved unless we can fill the suite.
Major holidays require a non-refundable deposit of 3 days. If you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date the deposit will be applied to a future lodging stay.
If you shorten your stay please be advised that we require 48 hours notice or you will be charged for the suite until it is filled.
Restricted Breeds
For liability reasons, Starr Pet Resort is unfortunately unable to accept any of the following fighting breeds:
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Pit Bull Terrier
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
